Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the process.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  1. The product must be unused (unless the damage or fault prevents use).
  2. Proof of purchase and a photo of the damage or fault must be provided.

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost.
